🚀 Getting Started
Welcome to EventyFlo! Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or launch party, this quick guide will help you hit the ground running.
✍️ 1. Create Your Account
To start using EventyFlo:
- Go to EventyFlo
- Click Sign Up and choose your preferred sign-in method.
- Fill in your name and basic details.
- Create your organization or join an existing one.
đź§ Tip: You can invite team members right after signing up or anytime later from your dashboard.
🎉 2. Create Your First Event
Once logged in, follow these steps to create an event:
- On the dashboard, click the +New Event button.
- Enter your event name, type (e.g., Wedding, Conference), and date.
- Set the location and add optional tags or notes.
- Hit Create, and your event will be added to your dashboard.
📌 You can create as many events as you need, and each one will have its own workspace.
đź§ 3. Explore the Dashboard
The dashboard is designed for speed and simplicity. Here’s a quick breakdown of what you’ll see:
- 1. Sidebar – Navigate between Events, Floor Plans, Guests, Media, Activity Logs, and Settings.
- 2. Workspace Selector – Switch between workspaces from the top dropdown.
- 3. Main Area – This is where your content lives. Each section updates based on your current view.
💡 You can always return to this section via the sidebar’s “Help” link if you get stuck.
