EventyFlo makes managing your event media simple and organized. Whether you’re uploading venue photos, seating charts, guest uploads, or sponsor assets, everything stays tidy and accessible.


📦 Media Storage Overview

The main Media page shows a high-level overview of all files across your organization, categorized per event.

  • Keep all event-related files in one centralized location
  • Monitor your storage usage based on your subscription plan
  • Quickly jump to specific event media galleries
  • Maintain a structured, clutter-free workflow

🛠️ How to Access the Media Overview

  1. Navigate to the Media Storage page from the sidebar.
  2. View the Event-wise file storage with usage stats per event.
  3. See a summary of total storage used by file type and event.

Legend:

  1. Event Cards — Jump directly into an event’s media gallery
  2. Usage Limit — See current plan and used vs. available space

Each event has its own media gallery where files are stored, filtered, and managed.


  • Upload new files directly from your device
  • Search for specific assets by name or tag
  • Filter files by category:
    Event, Guests, Diagram, Media, Sponsor, Misc

  1. Click into a specific event from the main Media page.
  2. Click + Add File to upload new media.
  3. Use the search bar to find files by name.
  4. Apply filters to view media by type.
  5. Click on any file to preview, download, or delete it.

  1. Add File Button — Upload new media to this event
  2. Search Bar — Instantly locate files by name
  3. Media Type Filters — Toggle between categories like Guests, Sponsor, etc.
  4. Media Grid — Browse your files visually
