EventyFlo provides powerful tools for managing guests efficiently. Whether you’re handling multiple guest lists across events or managing individual guests in detail, this section has you covered.

📋 Guest Lists Management

A guest list is a collection of attendees grouped across the platform. Each list helps you keep your invitations, segments, and check-ins organized.

🧠 Why Use Guest Lists?

Keep event attendees grouped by type (e.g., VIPs, staff, general guests)
Manage multiple lists per event for better segmentation
Collaborate with your team to update or revise guest records
Quickly locate a list using the built-in search bar

🛠️ How to Manage Guest Lists

Go to the Guest Lists section in the sidebar.
Use the search bar to filter lists by name or keyword.
Click + Create Guest List to add a new one.
Open a guest list to manage its guests.

Search Bar — Instantly filter guest lists by name

👥 Guest Management (Inside a List)

Once inside a specific guest list, you can manage the individual attendees — manually or in bulk.

Click into any existing guest list.
Add new guests manually or click Import to upload a spreadsheet.
Use the action menu next to each guest for updates or deletion.
Export the list at any time as an Excel file.
Search and filter guests by name, tag, or other attributes.
