The Activity Logs page in EventyFlo helps you monitor every change made in your workspace—so nothing goes unnoticed. From event edits to media uploads and guest updates, every action is recorded to keep your data secure and traceable.

🧠 Why Use Activity Logs?

• Audit Trail: See what actions were taken, when, and by whom
• Security & Transparency: Track unauthorized access or misuse
• Collaboration Clarity: Understand how your team interacts with your event data
• Exportable Reports: Keep local or cloud backups for compliance

🛠️ How to Use Activity Logs

1. Navigate to the Activity Logs  section from the sidebar.
2. Browse through the full timeline of system actions.
3. Use filters to refine by:
   • Issuer (user who performed the action)
   • Date range
   • Action type (e.g., Created, Updated, Deleted, Imported)
4. Use the search bar to find specific actions by keyword or entity.
5. Click Export Logs to download filtered logs for reporting or compliance purposes.

1. Search Bar — Quickly find actions by event name, user, or file
2. Filter Controls — Refine logs by Issuer, Date, or Action Type
3. Logs Table — Shows timestamped actions, issuer identity, and affected resource
4. Export Button — Export filtered logs in CSV format
